Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Donation Policy

All contributions made to Rasik Lal Parvati Foundation are voluntary donations intended for social service activities, including Food Relief, Education Support, and Healthcare Help.

• Non-Refundable Contributions: Because funds are immediately designated toward public welfare projects, donations are generally non-refundable once processed.
• Genuine Error Appeals: If an unintended or duplicate transaction occurs due to a technical glitch, error, or unauthorized card usage, donors may request a review for a refund within 7 days of the transaction date.
• Tax Deductions: If an official tax exemption certificate or 80G receipt has already been issued for a donation, a refund cannot be granted.

2. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund review under valid exceptional circumstances, please follow these steps:

• Submit a written request via email to rasiklalparvatifoundation@gmail.com.
• Provide the full name of the donor, contact details, payment reference number (or Razorpay payment ID), transaction date, and the exact donation amount.
• Attach proof of payment along with a clear reason explaining the error or accidental transaction.

3. Duplicate Transactions & Technical Errors

In the event that your bank account is debited multiple times or an excess amount is charged due to a network delay or server gateway error during checkout via Razorpay or verified third-party payment gateways:

The excess amount will usually be automatically refunded by your payment provider or banking institute. If it is credited to the foundation, we will initiate a prompt refund upon verification of duplicate funds.

4. Cancellation Policy

Donors who have set up recurring or automated monthly donations through payment gateways can cancel their recurring contribution schedule at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellations can be requested by reaching out to our support team at least 3 business days prior to the billing date.
