How 80G Tax Exemption Works

1. 50% Tax Deduction Benefit

Donations made to Rasiklalparvati Foundation qualify for a 50% tax deduction from your gross total income under Section 80G (subject to the 10% ceiling limit of adjusted gross income).

Example: If your taxable income is ₹8,00,000 and you donate ₹20,000 to our foundation, 50% of your donation (₹10,000) will be deducted from your taxable income. Your revised taxable income becomes ₹7,90,000.

Cash Limit

PAN Number Mandate

Sharing your Permanent Account Number (PAN) is mandatory at the time of donation so we can issue your tax exemption certificate (Form 10BE).

Donations in Kind

Contributions of physical items (like clothes, food, medicine, or electronics) do not qualify for tax deductions under Section 80G.

How to Claim Your Tax Exemption

  1. Step 1: Make Your Donation Choose any online or offline payment method and complete your contribution.
  2. Step 2: Receive 80G Donation Receipt We will email you an official donation receipt containing our 80G registration number, PAN, and payment breakdown.
  3. Step 3: Get Form 10BE Certificate As per Income Tax regulations, we file Form 10BD (Statement of Donations) with the Income Tax Department and generate your official Form 10BE (Certificate of Donation).
  4. Step 4: File Your Tax Return (ITR) While filing your Income Tax Return (under the Old Tax Regime), enter our PAN and registration details under Schedule 80G to claim your deduction.

Can I claim 80G tax exemption under the New Tax Regime?

No. Under Section 115BAC (New Tax Regime), Section 80G tax deductions are not available. You must opt for the Old Tax Regime to claim 80G benefits.
